John Dima does a great job, gives good advice too. Did many tasks: installed 3 new toilets, fixed 3 leaky sink drains, installed 2 new hose bib valves, plus multiple shutoff valves including new ball valve for house shut off, toilet shutoff valves, kitchen sink shutoff valves. He is very punctual and works hard and is focussed. The new toilets work great!

Last Aug 31 2018, I spoke to Oleg and agreed to an install of a Carrier air conditioner. A couple of days later Vlad and other man showed up and did a great install. New copper lines from the AC unit to the Hvac furnace, and new heat exchanger etc. I checked on them often because I worked in an oil refinery as a student a few summers helping pipe fitters, boiler makers and mill rights. Vlad did great quality work. I only ran the AC a few times in 2018 as it was installed late in the year. Everything worked great. on purpose I never wrote a homestars review at the time because I wanted to be sure everything was great. Fast forward to first week of July 2019 heat wave. I still hadnt run the AC much till then. Then in the middle of the Friday night, I started hearing a loud metallic rattling noise coming up through the registers....so loud I couldnt sleep. I called at 10 am Saturday and explained to Oleg the problem, and he said he’d send someone over in the afternoon. Mike came and did a great fast job diagnosing and fixing the problem. It turned out to be a damper, deep in the bowels of the ventilation shaft that suddenly decided to start rattling. It was nothing to do with the AC install. In summary, the people at Airpoint are great people. They do fantastic work, and I heartily recommend this company. I’m going to need a new hot water tank soon, and I know who I am calling.

I had a great experience with this company. I live in Thornhill. The father (Harvey) and the son (Mark) were a joy to work with. They went above and beyond 2 ways: 1) they put me at the top of the list because I had water coming into my basement 2) they also did a soffit repair during the trough install that had come up, at no extra charge. When they initially met with me, they came up with a plan to improve water drainage away from my foundation: 1) we went from 3 to 5 downspouts, plus, the diameter of the downspouts was increased. 2) also we went with a 6" trough across the back of my house. Alot of times water had been flowing over the trough in heavy rains and right down the foundation wall. 3) downspout extension pipes on the ground level were increased significantly The work was high quality. For example, the brackets were placed every 12 inches on the new troughs. The old troughs had brackets every 24 inches. The work crew was polite and punctual. They were hardworking and the entire job was done in 1 day. They kept the job site clean. In summary, if every company treated a customer like Ontario Downspout Service treated me and my wife, the world would be alot better place! Much thanks Mark, Harvey and crew!
