From the day we met Jabber (the owner) to the last day of the job, we knew he was something special! He was honest and upfront of the challenges we will face in our renovations, considering the house was very old, and had to be gutted and redone. He also gave us sound recommendations and kept the lines of communication open as we embarked on this very big project. He and Alex, his son, were such a delight to deal with, and we are extremely happy with the end product. Thankyou Jabber for everything!!!!

When I found out lawntroopers now has gardening and weed pulling services, I quickly jumped on that! Shea and Austin were great! They were quick and efficient with all the work, and were very friendly.

I heard scitter scatter in my walls, and called around for various pest control services. The best value with follow up turned out to be the best price too! Pest control were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left containers with bait for mice, and follow up in another visit. They just followed up today, and the bait definitely worked! They refilled the containers they left for me in the attic, basement and garage. They said they will come again for another follow up. Update: they have come again for a follow up and refilled the bait where needed. Everything is so easy to make appointments to letting me know when they’re coming with text messages when on route. I am definitely going to keep their services!

Really nice job in the kitchen cabinets, with a good smooth finish. Very professional and easy to communicate with. They stuck with the schedule and fulfilled all aspects of the job completely. Thankyou for a great job!

Natalie, Tony and the crew were great! Natalie's eye for colour and design truly helped me make the right decisions in picking the colours. The quality and workmanship is excellent, and Natalie & Tony were such a pleasure to talk to and get to know. Natalie also helped me in picking tiles and design ideas for my home. They came back for touch ups, and also making sure the colour for my daughter's room was just right. They were amazing, and I am very happy with Natik Painting.

I had a decent experience with Vanaik Argentia. I was worried about the reviews, but it was more pleasant than not. The sale went well, but the delivery did not go so well. The delivery people were in a rush, and would not unbox the items, as I didn't pay for set up (I didn't know that set up includes removing the boxes). The mattress was harder than the store, and so I went back , and they did not give me a problem to exchange, since I kept the mattress in the bag (unopened). When I got the exchanged mattress, the delivery people set up. My issues are that the quality of the mattress is not that great - even the new one where I upgraded. Very light and slides around. Also, they don't seem to understand their products very well - the first mattress was supposed to be pocket coil but I looked it up, and it wasn't. The sales people were very pleasant, and actually quite easy to work with. The delivery people...not the greatest, but that's why they are not in sales. Even after sales, it was good. I wouldn't buy mattresses from there again, but furniture is good.

Plumber was sent to my home, and he spent a lot of time fixing the leak attached to my water softener. He did a great job, and also replaced my shower fixture as we were having issues. On plumbing, it was great.

I had a sewer back up, and drainrescue sent Matt to assess the problem. He initially found a problem in our pipes and recommended the change. The crew came on scheduled day and completed the work to my satisfaction. However, we had two more sewer back ups, which means the initial issue (although it was important to replace the pipe) was not the reason for the back. After the third visit, Matt determined the back-water valve was the issue as it was out-dated. He made recommendations, as well as went above the norm in going through what we need to do to prevent other backups. Matt has VERY helpful. However, we had some issues for the crews in getting the back-water valves replaced, and ended up rescheduling to another day. The other crew came as scheduled, and completed a good job. Overall Drain Rescue has provided excellent customer service, but I did experience some issues, which is why I didn't give the full 10. But I would like to say Matt has been EXCELLENT, as well as the crews. Thankyou!

Marble Clinic is very prompt in responding to calls and consult. The workers came on schedule and worked well. The did a good job, however, when I called to get someone to fix issues that was not completed to my satisfaction, they weren't surprised - however, they brought out the technician and he did all the fixes I needed, and was also to able to adequately explain why some areas couldn't be done. (holes too small). I am a little disappointed not all the small holes were completed, but it was sufficient. The surface feels great, and the tiles do look great. Thank you Marble clinic for the work completed, and great customer service.

They were the best cost effective and quickest turnaround. The crew were great, came in with friendly smiles and completed the work quickly. My job was a small one, but highly needed due to sanitary reason. Highly recommend them.

Jon, the owner of Superbilt was so helpful in explaining everything we need to know about shutters, which guided us to make the right decision going with his company for our shutters. He also fixed some issues for other shutters that were there when I purchased my home. Great service, attitude and workmanship. Thank you!
