I've had a number of heating and Cooling issues over the years and finally did something about it. the aftermath required a 'top up' of insulation in the attic. Service team were extremely friendly and kept me informed the duration of the service engagement, as well as informing me of some minor issues they identified and worked with me to resolve. Their post-work clean-up was phenomenal!, almost like they weren’t even there! Highly recommended!
