Replacement/redesign of driveway (asphalt and interlocking)
Chris provided us with an very clear and very well-made estimate for the replacement and redesign of our driveway. The work was done exactly as per the estimate. We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend Custom Interlocking & Landscape Design.
Bought and old house which hadn't been cleaned in years. The duct system was quite disgusting. Really happy with the service provided by Bytown, they did a great job, were nice to answer my questions and provide some useful info. Will definitely call them back next time we need to clean the ducts.

Rewiring of the house (knob-and-tube)
We bought an old house in the Glebe and had to remove all the knob-and-tube wiring (basically, we had to rewire the whole house). We are extremely happy with the service rendered by Globe from one end of the process to the other. Pierrette was extremely nice communicating with our insurer and answering (in French!) all of our administrative questions. As for Dennis (the electrician who performed all of the work), we just can’t say enough good things about him: always on time, always super pleasant, always answering our questions and numerous requests (we added many pot-lights and outlets along the way). He and Stefan worked hard, were extremely professional and nice to have around. We will definitely call them back when we’ll do some more renos on the house.
Removal/containment of asbestos around furnace and air ducts.
We bought an old home in the Glebe and discovered asbestos around the furnace. Andrew from Asbex came to assess the situation. He provided us with a lot of useful information, and reassured us by answering all of our questions. Charles then came to remove the asbestos. He was really professional, worked really hard despite the warm weather and took his time to ensure that everything was done to perfection. He cleaned everything up before leaving. From what I understand, both have been working for Asbex for about two decades, which is an indication of their experience and of the company's ability to earn the trust of its employees and its customers. I highly recommend them.
