We have used Steve many times in the past. He has always been very punctual and polite. He always asks if he should take his shoes off before entering our home. He inspects the appliance and gives a quote to repair. Once the repair was more involved than what he thought but honoured the quote given. I have recommended him to many family and friends with the same results.
