I had the pleasure of dealing with Mario and his team for a major underpinning project. The work involved was underpinning the house, digging and building a new front basement entrance and extending an extension at the rear of the home. The reason why I chose Mario was because he noticed a few faults that no other contractors noticed during the vetting stage. The work took a little bit longer than promised but what construction of this magnitude finishes on time? During the process we did encounter a few hiccups but Mario was quick to respond and rectify the issue. His work was professional and prompt and fair. I would definitely hire him again for any more waterproofing and underpinning projects in the future.

Steve was a pleasure to deal with as was his crew. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them. They worked tirelessly during cold and wet weather but completed the job on time as promised. I would definitely recommend them for your next Hardie board project. I'm glad he installed it instead of me.

I had the pleasure of working with Ray and Syed who came in and installed the radiant floor heating for my basement as well as the boiler to heat the floor and the hot water to the home. They did an amazing job and were quick and efficient. I did have an issue with the hot water a few days later and Ray was over the next day to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. I've had hot water since then without any issues. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to upgrade your hot water tank to a boiler and/or heated floor.
