Paul showed up when he said he would and cleaned our ducts. He then went above and beyond to try and help us figure out a problem we've been having in one of our bedrooms where the ducts didn't seem to be working. He offered suggestions and came back the next day, at no charge, to try and implement a solution for us. He was honest and nice. A pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

Being in the business for a long time, I come across problems that I can usually help figure out, and glad in this case it worked out.
