AC went out on the hottest day of the year so far for our business, Called Max and he was there within 2h, installed a new starter, everyone was happy... and cool. Thanks Max.

Thomas and his crew did a really wonderful job on installing a new build fence and gate for our property. His attention to detail, and pride in workmanship set him apart from some of the trades people we have used in the recent past. He was always on time, kept the work area clean and safe and communication on all job specifics were always forthcoming and detailed in nature. As an example of his effort to please, we had trouble obtaining a certain kind of lock for our gate, with the Covid thing going on, so he took the exact one we needed off his own property to install on ours. If I could give them higher than 10 I would, a huge thumbs up!

This is the second time we have used Max. The first time was for our air-conditioning unit last year, and we were very happy with his work. At the time Max gave us a heads up that our furnace had seen better days and to keep an eye on it. Last week we had no HVAC, called Max and although busy he came the same day, diagnosed problem, the mother board, and said it might be a better idea at this point to replace the unit instead of spending money every year fixing it. We decided to replace it and Max offered us a couple of options and companies, we went with Carrier. Max came and installed our new furnace two days later, on Sunday no less, nice unit, working great and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. Thanks Max.

On one of the hottest days this summer this past summer the air conditioner for our business decided to break down. Called Max and explained we are a hair salon and having no AC was a no go for us and may have to cancel our day. Max said he would help us out and true to his word he was there in just over an hour. Figured our the cause of the breakdown, fixed it, much to the relief of our clients, been working very well since. Thanks Max!

I called Brian and got a prompt reply.However, I called on Wednesday and explained we were having guests come in on the weekend, and asked if it was possible if he could get us done by Friday. He said they were really busy, but to leave it with him and he said he would see what he could do. He called a little later and said he managed to jungle things around and he could get us done, I was appreciative of. He asked if I had used their on-line calculator and said I had ($125.00), but the estimate seemed a little low, as compared to what I had paid the last time we had our windows cleaned with another company ($175.00). He said it was pretty accurate and it differed greatly, from when they got on site, they would call. We'll, I received no call and the final bill was $113.00 (including tax), so less than the estimate. This was our first time dealing with Toronto Clear view and we were more than pleased with the results. I actually chose them over a few others because as a small business owner I liked how he replied to any feedback, which would be called negative, to address customer concerns. This indicated to me high level of wanting to please their clients and not just have one time customers, but build a long term relationship.
