We choosed Eco Choice Windows & doors to replace 23-year old windows as part of the Union Gas home efficiency program. We dealt with Terry Brown who is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The work was done in July 2019. Hat off to the installers who worked during a very hot day. After installation, we found 3 minor issues that were fixed 2 months later. We hope that a more serious issue will be fixed faster. After replacing the windows, we feeled that our bedroom exposed to sun at dusk is cooler during summer thanks to the low emissivity glass (E180). The energy assessment confirmed that the air leakage in our house was incredibly reduced with the new windows. We did not have drafty windows during winter. And we definitely saved money on the hydro and gas bills. After 1 year, we are still very happy of the windows and patio door installed by Eco Choice.

Rick is a competent and professional. I am French and he spent some time explaining words I didn't know. He also answered all our questions during the inspection. He inspected the outside and the inside of the house carefully and gave recommandations. The report he provided is exhaustive, all the points discussed during the on-site inspection are reviewed and detailed with pictures. My wife and me are very happy with the seriousness and the quality of Rick's work. We will use his services again for sure in the future! Thanks Rick!
