Our experience with Love Your Stairs was positive from the point of us contacting them. We discovered them through amazing reviews online. Although our project was a smaller one, Rizwan (the owner) treated us with respect and clearly valued our business. There was no sense of downplaying the value of our business even though it was a small project. Rizwan took the time to show us the samples and helped us pick a suitable carpet. The price was reasonable and the installation was very well done. Rizwan himself showed up when the installer was almost finished and he even swept the stairs and hauled away all the cuttings. We were impressed. We would recommend this company to anyone getting their stairs resurfaced.
