We have relied on Mersey for home heating and cooling for almost 20 years and each time we have felt very satisfied with both the product and the staff that we have dealt with. Today’s maintenance visit was excellent with helpful advice in care of the furnace and air conditioner. The air conditioner stopped at the worst time, on a Friday night! I called Mersey Saturday morning thinking I would leave a message and instead they answered and sent a technician who arrived on Saturday by 8 pm. He was able to diagnose the problem which needed a part to be sent in. Early Monday morning Mersey called and the part was installed by 10 am,. The technicians, ( Zhao on Monday) were very helpful and the phone response to my call was also very helpful. My husband and I have been with Mersey for the past 18 years and it has been excellent service. I do indeed recommend this company. Leslee ( in Scarborough)

I am very satisfied with Assured Quality. Perry came the day I called to do an estimate and the work was done two days later. The workers were polite and worked with care in the areas with garden as they installed the new eaves troughs. That meant a lot to me. I would recommend this company and feel quite satisfied with the work they did. They are serious about the word "quality."
