This is our third time that we've had to call Slava and his team to our house. Not because his previous work leaked - those rooms have been dry for close to two years already, but because we keep on getting new leaks in different rooms in our basement. (Well, does it comes with the territory of having a 100+ year old house.) As always, Slava came to assess the work extremely fast and arranged for the job to be done within the week. The crew is efficient and they left the site clean. They even took away the built-ins that I wanted to have removed for us too. The price was good - the first time they came we already had the room waterproofed by another company that didn't even work, they answered all my questions and gave good advice about how to insulate the rooms to also help keep the water out. Most importantly, they didn't quote me things unless they were necessary - we were desperate and if he had told me we needed window wells, we would have done it. However Slava told me that the windows were above ground and the internal waterproofing would catch the water and only to do it if we are planning to change our landscaping. We would definitely call the company again if needed. Highly recommended!

This is our second move in 5 years. Five years ago, we moved with another company, who charged nearly the same amount, with only half the stuff that we had this time, and who dumped us with everything on the main floor in our 3 storey house. This time around, I decided to go with Cargo Cabbie based on it's reviews. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous because, hey, can a company really get this good reviews without faking it? Turns out that it can. Because of the amount of stuff we had, we also needed a separate packing day before the move. On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time and kept working until everything was in place to our satisfaction in our new house. By the end, although I could see the guys were tired, they still kept up the good cheer and kept going. Javier, the owner, stopped by in the morning and the office called in several times to check in throughout the process. That's great customer service. Thanks guys!
