disappointed

6 days later and I'm still waiting for Milani Plumbing and Heating to even call me about my failed furnace. I contacted several furnace service companies and was impressed with the sales rep over the phone. I hired them with confidence. But when my furnace failed during a cold snap Milani failed to call me and failed to show for a schedule service call and 6 days later still has not contacted me. I am very disappointed and want to provide this review so other will avoid disppointment. Due to the loss of heat I became ill and am still recovering.
