After hearing a loud noise coming from our furnace, we called Cozy World to have it looked at. They were able to come the following day and arrived on time. Because our furnace was 22 years old, they recommended purchasing a new hi-efficiency unit. They went through the various options in a no pressure way. Once we made our selection, they were able to install the new unit within days. We were really happy with the installation process. They arrived on time, worked for 5 hours straight and did a great job of cleaning up. I was afraid it was going to make a big mess of my basement but once they were done you could hardy tell they had been there. We'll be calling them again when we're ready to replace our aging AC unit!

A previous contractor left us with an almost complete bathroom reno and a hole in the ceiling of our living room. We had a tough time finding someone who was willing to finish someone else's work but Cale and his team did a fantastic job. Right from the start Cale was very responsive, showing up as planned to provide a quote. His fees were fair and the work was completed on time. He also understood the challenges and quirks of our 1920s East York semi. His team left our house as clean as they could each night and we were also very impressed by the tradespeople he had working with him. We wouldn't hesitant to work with Cale again and would recommend Duguay's Works to anyone looking for a high quality contractor.
