Our igniter was failing to work every time we turned our oven on, of course it ignited every time the repairman tried. I was impressed that the approach was to clean and reposition it and he didn't just replace it without seeing the issue occur. It has been working fine since. Very pleasant and would call them again!

The hottest week of the year and the furnace dies and no air conditioned air will flow through the house. A1 came, diagnosed, advised the repair would equal a new furnace! Fortunately, they sent a representative out the next day and a new furnace was installed the day after so we had relief from the heat by the 3rd day. We thoroughly appreciated the professionalism of the sales team and telephone staff. The installers worked through the heat for hours and were just fantastic.
