We used window choice to replace our windows in our previous home, so we knew when we wanted to change our patio door in our new home, we would call Window Choice. James is super nice and professional as is his colleague. The patio door was installed very quickly with no issues. The installers were courteous, quick and left the area spotless. Highly recommend.

I booked New Century Maids because of the high reviews however I was extremely disappointed with the cleaning and the customer service that this company provided. When the 2 cleaners arrived I specifically asked them to focus on the floors and blinds. They worked for 10 hours and still did not manage to complete the floors. When I called the next day to complain, I was first told that they have a satisfaction guarantee and that they would send someone back that day. A few hours later, another lady called back saying that they would not be sending anyone because the cleaners worked the full 10 hours and that to have them sent back would cost me extra money. My house was left dirty and dusty. I would not reuse this service and would not recommend.

Good Morning,

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. Unfortunately due to the condition, and size of your home, the amount of hours you agreed to spend for the cleaning of the residence was just not enough. Our crew did stay the whole time they were allowed to, and cleaned as much possible during this time, without even taking a lunch break, trying to insure they could complete as much as they could for you. There was Paint stains left on your hardwood floor that should've been taken care of by the painters, however we did provide the option of signing a waiver to allow the crew to use a certain chemical to remove them from the floors. You accepted this offer, however denied our crew the additional time to do the job.
Due to the fact that the crew had stayed the entire time, did not stop cleaning, and did complete as much as they could possible within the amount of hours given, we cannot send them back to your home to clean more areas of the home, if you have denied them time to do so.

We had a home inspector booked however, due to a medical issue, he had to cancel on us last minute. We contacted Vahn who was able to come last minute and on a holiday! He was extremely detailed and took time to thoroughly explain all the issues found and answer any and all of our questions. We found him to be very knowledgeable, hardworking, detail oriented and friendly. The 114 page report provided afterwards was highly informative and full of pictures. As a nice added touch, we really appreciate that Vahn offers consulting by phone or email if any questions arise after the inspection. He definitely exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend. Thanks for everything Vahn!
