After 2 and half years our washer failed. Based on web reviews, we choose this company. Terry called promptly and was at our home within two days. He was able to determine the failed part. ordered a replacement, and we were up and running quickly. Terry's quoted price did not change, and his service was frankly the best I have seen to date.
