He came out of his normal coverage area for a nominal fee, and he still arrived on-time! We found the gentleman was courteous, and very professional. He explained what he was doing at each point, and completed when he said he would. My wife's impression was he cared a lot about his work, and was meticuluous. We have already recommended him to our neighbours, family, and friends.

Hey Scott, it was a pleasure meeting your wife and great dealing with you over the phone. As you mentioned, coming out of my service area is not a problem and the fee is reasonable, and most importantly, as you stated, the job gets done properly. Finding coffee cups and food wrappers (which I showed to your wife who was not impressed LOL) is typical in a newer home. Once again I am glad that I was able to do a thorough job and get the system cleaned. I look forward to being of service again in a couple years, and I do appreciate any referrals that come my way.
