An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Dear Paul and Brendon First of all Teddy and I would like to thank you and the two other young men that moved us on July 29, 2010 from Scarborough to Whitby. As you know we were very cautious when we were making the decision to choose a moving company and we voiced our concerns with you about the many stories that were circulation around in the media at that time regarding fraudulent companies. We, however, made the decision to use your moving company due to the fact that we always like to support young people who show motivation and initiative. Even though yours was not the lowest estimate, on July 29, you proved yourself as a reputable company. We must say that your company did a great job and we were amazed to see 4 young men work so well together with such team spirit. You also went above and beyond the call of duty, e.g. getting rid of our garbage without any hesitation. We must also mention that we did not have one broken item in 3 truck loads.
