I haven’t met Paul Hannah in person, but we spoke on the phone, emailed floor plans and together tried something new. I appreciate that Paul H. was game to try cleaning my dryer duct with outside access only. The tenants have since reported that the dryer is drying better than before. This saved me the need to perform carpentry to open up the enclosed stackable washer / dryer. This ended up being much easier for my new tenants and I. Thanks Paul H. for your understanding, suggestion and willingness to try what is outside your normal protocol. Early November 2010.

Hey Paul, thanks for doing some feedback. Although this method is not the proper way to do a cleaning, unfortunatly as you said there is no way to access the dryer unless you break down the walls that enclosed the dryer, so we had to make due with what we could. Good to hear that it is performing better now, I did get a lot of lint out of the exhaust from the outside, so hopefully it continues to improve. Thanks again.
