We called Jonathan regarding bedbugs found in a student rental. Jonathan was responsive and knowledgeable, explaining the process and providing a reasonable quote for his services. He answered any questions we had in advance of the treatment, and set us at ease. Jonathan was professional and trustworthy - I highly recommend calling him for bedbugs or anything else! We'll certainly be calling him for any future pest issues.

Teresa and her crew came out on short notice and did a great job getting the house ready for realtor pictures. She was flexible and worked with our student tenants (one was writing on online exam)…. Didn’t miss a beat. Would not hesitate to use her services again. Thanks Tersesa!

Maximum Roofing was great to deal with. We own a semi-detached rental property and Maximum was easy to deal with in terms of quotes from long distance and communication with the neighbour (both sides needed a new roof). They managed to get in ahead of schedule and completed the roof in a timely fashion. My tenant reached out, without my asking, to let me know the roof looked great and that they left everything clean. I am looking forward to seeing the final product!

I would like to commend Jeff for his diligent and thoughtful service. Jeff really cares about his clients, and tries to repair before buying new. We own several rental properties and he is our go-to guy for gas appliance install and repair. He goes out of his way to be available and responsive. Most recently, we had an issue with a furnace. He was great with the tenants, and made them feel important and looked after through the entire process. He didn't quit until all was well. You won't go wrong hiring Jeff! I will continue to refer (and have already referred) him to other landlords in Hamilton. He is great to have on my team!

Jason was very responsive via email - answering several questions over several emails. (We needed a pump since there was no drain in the furnace room). Once we committed, Chris was prompt and efficient, and my tenants were very pleased. I'll go with them the next time I need any heating or air conditioning work done, since it's obvious they care about their work. Thanks guys!
