His quote was reasonable and met all the warranty issues. At no time did we feel pressured and he was always prompt, reliable and informative in dealing with an issues that always surface during any construction project-there were absolutely no surprises. He was always considerate of our needs and would often go out of his way to ensure the customer was satisfied. His work crew were professional, courteous and extremely conscientious as well as hardworking. Not only was his crew fast and friendly but for them keeping the worksite area clean and safe was a priority. We were confident the end result would be perfect since Derek would oversee ever step of the project. Derek had certainly chosen an appropriate name for his company because his roofing company is very “Accountable.” We would highly recommend Accountable Roofing to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.
