Newly build home and the door lock was sticking to the point that it wouldn't open at all. We have put in a service call under warranty but were told several weeks wait.. But then that's another review haha. Tyler arrived along with a trainee and worked for almost an hour troubleshooting the issues although he wasn't successful in exactly pinpointing the problem he managed to take off the cover plates and use the locksmith spray on each part and stem which seems to have alleviated the problem for now.

Arrived on time and explained all ..worked a full three hours and again explained the work performed. Left place clean and undamaged. No complaints and best wishes to the team. End of day it's these Internet reviews that keeps all honest.
