Booked Brad, he was helpful over the phone when booking, on time and very thorough for the inspection and gave us a very comprehensive and easy to understand report. He happily walked through the areas of concern and gave recommendations for long term car as well as short term fixes if we needed them. Friendly, helpful and very easy to work with.
We were renovating out powder room and needed to move an outlet in quite a rush since we were not planning on having to move it at all and tiling was going to be done a few days later. I called and they were very helpful trying to explain what could be done. They offered to come that day to give me a better idea of what kind of cost I would be looking at. Jeff came over to look at the outlet and offered to come the next day early in the morning to fix it for us. Jeff was helpful, friendly and clean.
