Had a great experience with Scott, one of t heir technicians. He was very knowledgeable about the product, had checked the replacement part before coming, phoned before 8:30am to let us know of the time he would come in at and called again shortly before coming. Scott is courteous and does not leave the job until the customer is satisfied and the equipment is working properly. If all technicians were like him HAR would be a 10 stars, unfortunately, it is not always the case. Well done Scott!
