Tree Man were engaged to remove a private tree on our property in Etobicoke. James @ Tree Man provided a quote for tree removal and disposal schedule both were done to our complete satisfaction.

Poor delivery arrangements. Appliances were not hooked up ready for use, service which was included in the price. Sales person would not phone calls. Store manager wanted hide behind company procedures. He kept trying to pass the buck instead of helping a customer who had good money in advance and were unable to use them.
Hello, we're sorry to hear you're disappointed in the delivery of appliances. If you purchased installation services this would be provided however, we do let customers know that the installation may not occur on the same day as delivery depending on which appliances need installation. We also contact our customers immediately after delivery via telephone to discuss and review and outstanding issues and answer questions - did you happen to mention this on your call? New Build Two Storey Home in Etobicoke, Ontario
This is my second new build home with PTR Carpentry. Excellent work, reliable crew, ahead of schedule and on budget. Paul also acted as my project manager during excavation, forming and roofing stages of the project. He worked well with other trades, attended all building inspections. Highly recommend Paul for his honesty, professional work ethics and will be using him again for my next project.

Complete Framing for a new build home in Mississauga, ON.
I met Paul Richardson from PTR after reading reviews about PTR on Home Stars for complete framing of family home in Mississauga. Right from the start Paul proved to be a true professional with on time response for estimate with all necessary information. The estimate was fair and in line with industry standards. Paul accommodated a small delay on our side due to heavy rain in May & June 2017. His crew were at the site when scheduled, were courteous, knowledgeable and maintained site scheduled without sacrificing the final quality. The agreed scope of work was completed on time, due to the high quality of workmanship the city inspection went smoothly with minimum wastage of material that was ordered from the lumber company. Paul was also a great resource for providing contacts for other sub trades and suggestions outside his own scope of work. I will be using Paul again in the very near future and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quality work, fair pricing and maintaining site schedule.

Templar were contacted to remove and dispose Asbestos found at a property that was to be demolished for re-build. Robert and his team juggled their priorities and worked on Saturday to remove the substance and helped us keeping the project schedule - much appreciated. Robert / Templar will be our first call for our future projects.

Roof inspection, repair and vent replacement which were incorrectly installed by the roofing contractor for a new house.
Thank you. The Roof Doctor inspects all roof types. We can provide you with photos to see the damage yourself. In this case it was another new roof that needed help. . Most repairs can be done on the spot.
