First time using this company for a move between cities - overall experience was excellent! They were quick to reply to emails and provided a quote without asking for a million forms to be filled out first. Their quote was also significantly less than those from competitor companies. I discussed that I would still be packing on move day; they provided a number of free boxes and helped me finish packing the day of. The movers were very polite, professional and friendly! The final price was actually less than the original quote, which was an awesome surprise. Would definitely recommend this company and use their services again. Thank you for making my move so easy!

We had an urgent need to clean up the premises and left a voicemail to Mike. It was a weekend and we prepared ourselves for a long wait. To our surprise, Mike responded in a few minutes and we agreed to meet the same day. He came exactly on time, and in 1.5 hours the work was done. His efficiency was tremendous. The load exceeded the original estimate, nevertheless, Mike did not go over his quote (very modest from the beginning).

I agree with previous reviewers, the teamwork is amazing. Today the guys removed 2 cedars with stumps, cut several branches of a huge fir tree that were hanging over the lawn, and carefully cleaned up after them, all in 40 minutes. They were very attentive to requests and fulfilled them precisely. Highly recommend.

Our pool had a leak and was losing a lot of water. We called Larry who came around for a look promptly and found and fixed the problem. He was very professional and efficient. He also offered to come back and do some more work if there were any leaks left. Big thank you, Larry, for your help!

I originally chose Duct Cleaning Specialists on HomeStars based on reviews, and now that Paul cleaned the air ducts in my house, I want to join all who praised him before me. As good service is becoming more and more rare these days (excuse me for being grumpy), I wasn't expecting the excellent quality of work I saw. Paul not only did the main job carefully and professionally but also went beyond the basics; most notably, he eliminated blockage in one of the ducts that had been there since we moved in; nobody before had wanted to look at it unless the drywall was opened. Paul pinpointed the blockage location with a camera and managed to retrieve the debris (it was a damper that fell into the vertical duct and got stuck). Paul did not charge extra for this! He also took the initiative of fixing a number of small side problems, again at no extra charge. Thanks a lot, Paul!
