Our dishwasher crashed at a very inopportune time. My husband lost his job a few months ago and we also have 2 kids here looking for work. We were hoping it was an easy fix but were prepared to wash dishes by hand for awhile. The repairman who showed up was amazing. I was skeptical before he arrived because of bad experiences in the past with other contractors. He was respectful, honest, and explained to us very clearly what was wrong as he went through diagnostics. He was clear and empathetic as he explained to us our options. I can honesly say he renewed my faith in people and, more specifically, in service technicians. I'll be keeping Appliances Repair Services contact info close at hand.
