Quoted 275 a post for a repair, got it done for 180 per post with TB services. Contacted Monday Nov 16th - work order created per Liam @ fence guy. " I can create the work order and then come out probably this week and get it done for you." - Liam Contacted Wed Nov 18th - asked for follow up. Reply on Wed Nov 18th from Liam - "I'll talk to see the guys and see where they are in the schedule with it." Waited two days and didn't hear back regarding "where they are in the schedule". No indication they stopped setting posts for two days, no explanation. Contacted Mon Nov 23 @ noon - asking for follow up again. Reply @ 9pm same day - asking If wednesday was possible. Received this message next morning at which point home owners had already decided to move on the evening before due to lack of info regarding completion of work and the house sale closing on Nov 27th. Issue here was the lack of contact after the follow up on Nov 18th.

Oliver was incredibly helpful, polite, knowledgeable and was able to provide solutions for all my window needs at very competitive pricing. I will definitely refer his services to family and friends. Overall, a great sales experience.
