I highly recommend Verdun. The installers, Mark and Glenn, did excellent, careful work despite the challenges of installing full-frame windows in our 110-year-old, 3-storey, central Ottawa home. The windows are beautiful and they look great with 5" trim the installers brought which blends really well with the large original baseboards that the house still has. Everyone we dealt with at Verdun, from the office staff to the appraiser (Pat Malette), were extremely helpful and pleasant. The entire experience was terrific and we could be happier with the final results. Thank you, Verdun!

Avoid this company. They don't honour their 5-year warranty. We booked a repair twice with them and both times they didn't show up, didn't call to explain, and didn't return our calls - completely unprofessional behaviour. What kind of company makes pretend repair bookings with clients that they have no intention of keeping?! Avoid this company if you want a real warranty for the reglazing work you need done and avoid them if you don't want to waste lots of your time waiting for them to show up.

Nate really cares about the stress pest problems cause his clients and he will do all that he can to solve the problem as swiftly as possible. His one visit permanently solved our problem because of his careful, unrushed, thorough application of the product and because he came the same day we called which we hugely appreciated. Nate’s rate was very reasonable, he was highly professional, he made a number of very helpful suggestions, and he genuinely understood the stress we were experiencing.
