YMM's exceptional customer service was evident from the start... we sourced quotes from 5 different 'reputable' moving companies... all 5 did a walkthrough to help determine the size of the move... big! We had a situation where we had to move out of our family home by a certain date, as the new owners would be moving in. However, we were unsure that we would be able to move into our new home... as it was a 'new-build' and had not yet completed. Would we need storage?? When we mentioned storage to the other companies, the cost of the move doubled in price.... and if storage did come into play, they only would move us if we used their storage facility. Prabh Heer was our first contact with YMM. Prahb was reassuring from the very beginning, answered all our questions, offered solutions to the possible storage question and provided a very competitive quote. Prabh advised us we would need 2 trucks and promised 6 friendly professional movers. Prabh and YMM delivered exactly what they promised... at a reasonable price. Further, YMM offered to move our furniture to a storage facility of our choice (eg: BigSteelBox) and again into our new home, when the home was ready, at a nominal additional fee for delivering a Crew for a 2nd time. Thankfully, this was not necessary but YMM went above and beyond to provide customer service! Thank you to Brandon and your crew for an amazing job of moving our 4200 sq.ft. of furniture and boxes from Coquitlam to our new home in White Rock. Brandon and his crew made our move easy, relaxed and stress free. From the moment they arrived early in the morning, until the job was complete 10 hours later, the YouMoveMe crew had ready smiles and strong backs. Never was there any swearing or cussing or arguing. Our furniture was carefully wrapped and handled... not one item broke. This amazing crew moved very heavy pieces of furniture up and down three, yep three, flights of stairs.... sharing laughs and jokes. YouMoveMe know the meaning of teamwork, cooperation and customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I have already recommended them to family and friends.... you won't go wrong.
