Great store, great selection, great shopping experience but lousy execution. We were told our sink, toilet, faucets etc...would take two to three weeks for delivery. Eight weeks later we were told for the third time that our faucet was "just about to arrive" and of course they never did. When we asked to purchase the display faucets they would not consider discounting them at all even though their delays and non-follow up caused us to have to have our contractor return to install the faucets after the fact. Would not recommend.

York West appears to do 90% of the driveways in our neighbourhood. They were fast on quoting, etc... Unfortunately they did not finish the pavers that led to our walkway even though they promised to do so many times. After call number four they stopped returning phone calls. Wouldn't recommend them.
