They were helpful on the phone during the initial call. We had a hole chewed in our roof and suspected squirrels were inside nesting or had been recently. They arrived promptly - when they said they would. The technician was very fast and pleasant and didn't have a problem explaining the procedures to me at all. They came back a few days later to remove the one-way door and close up the hole. Voila - no squirrels. Reasonably priced and good service.
