This is the 4th time Acker Home Inspection has inspected one of my homes. This time was in preparation for the Tarion New Home one year inspection. In a previous house in Stittsville, Phil found numerous issues which the builder (Mattamy) had to address under the Warranty. I estimate the cost of repairs at over $16,000.00! Most of the items I would have missed. This latest inspection only uncovered 13 deficiencies but those will equal savings of at least 10 times the cost of inspection. Phil Acker and his staff are professional, thorough and produce easy to use reports with photos which can be accessed online in a format compatible with Tarion's reporting requirements.
