10 out of 10. Vladimir is fast and efficient at what he does. I gave him the information over the phone and he was accurate and very up front with the repair complications that could be encountered. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done quickly and diligently. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone needing a major appliance repair.
