Peter was super friendly from the onset! He demonstrated his thoroughness with his attention to right from his quote to the finished product. Quite impressed with the quality and cleanliness. Started the job on time and finished on time. The job site was always clean even right down to the last minute before leaving he paid attention to what was not left behind. I had been searching for a good appliance repair specialist as my lousy Samsung washer failed. Called and eventually connected with Linda. She was patient enough to listen to what my issue was and quickly came to assess that my particular repair would be approximately $600-$900. Certainly not worth moving forward with. I would truthfully say Linda was very honest. Others that I called for the same work seem to be willing to would my money. Linda's recommendation not to repair the washer but rather buy a new one I am confident will in the end save us a lot of time and aggravation. In the end, although I didn't use their service, I will likely return one day. Thank yo Linda
Thank you for your kind words. When a washer starts to shake your house, it is not worth repairing. A ten second video is all you need to know the machine is beyond repair.
