We needed a new furnace because our 12 year old one had a cracked heat exchange. We shopped around for a few months getting several quotes from several different companies, it was summer anyway. The Furnace Family was the last company we talked to and I wish they were the first! They were not only friendly, professional and honest but they truly made us feel comfortable the entire time. When Dave came to give us a quote, he provided us with detailed information that other companies did not. He also listened to what we wanted and did not try to pressure us into buying something out of our price range. The install took less than 5 hours. And the great guys that came to do the install were more than professional and clean! They wasted no time getting the job done and done right. The inspector that came by after the install said they did a phenomenally clean job. Thank you Furnace Family for making this an easy, affordable and WARM experience for us.
