They came in very professional, got the work down quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and got to work right away. I can't say much more about it. Would Use again!

Sales was good, install was good - however, their knowledge of their products and inspection requirements was really bad. Had to reframe 3 times - 1st time based on their information, 2nd time they changed their story and 3rd time the installer said the sales folks were wrong.

This is the third time we have used Hearth fireplace depot to do our annual maintenance on our fireplace. I was very satisfied with the quality and thoroughness of their worker. We have recommended him to our neighbors . David is very knowledgeable and professional. He does an excellent job cleaning fireplace's and is very conscientious of protecting the work area.
