Generally responsive but long time to completion
The representative who oversaw our case was responsive throughout but other areas (general operations, aftercare) were very slow to respond to questions. It took a very long time from initial signed contract (June) to project completion (Feb).

We are very sorry to hear about the slower response times as we want to ensure our customers feel head and updated the whole way through. Generally it can take around 6-8 months for the entire process to be completed since there are applications and permits that need to be approved before we can install. Unfortunately weather can also cause some delays with the installation but our team will always try our best to get the systems running as soon as possible.
