I am writing to provide feedback on the service received on our recent installation of 17 new windows to our home. Alex was honest with us from the beginning to the end. He responded promptly to all of our emails and telephone inquiries and provided clear information about everything, from measurements being taken to the very thorough completion inspection and assurance of our complete satisfaction. His information was accurate in every detail. I would be happy to deal with Galaxy Windows again. In fact I know I will as we plan to enclose our porch and would not risk getting this work done by somebody unknown to us. Thank you.
