About a month ago I started to notice tiny dark bugs in the kitchen that looked like a flax seed. Over the next several days, there were more of them and it became concerning. We called Muhammad and he asked us a series of questions and collected the right information to help him determine exactly what type of bug it was, and how to treat the problem. Although it was a tiny bug, once photographed and zoomed in, it was quite defined as you will see in the photo. He was able to identify it as a drugstore beetle, and guided us in finding the source, which was important in order to treat the problem effectively. Thankfully, this type of bug has no personal interest in humans but only in food. This was a relief as I was worried it could be some type of bed bug. He started the treatment process by setting up traps to help monitor and trace possible sources. He then found the source which gave us more confidence that there would not be a resurgence once treated. Unfortunately, we had to throw out a lot of shelf food, as he explained to us that these bugs can penetrate cardboard and opened packages of any material. Once the source was found and all food was discarded, he had us empty the entire contents of the kitchen cabinets and drawers and applied treatment to all possible affected areas, including window gaps in the area. The treatment was completed in 4 hours, allowing us to put away our items and return to a normal functioning kitchen afterwards. It's been a few weeks now and we have completely eliminated the problem. I have not seen a single bug since treatment and even though it was an unpleasant occurrence, I now have an immaculately organized kitchen due to emptying and replacing the contents. Muhammad is definitely very knowledgable, thorough, professional, and effective in the analysis and treatment of bugs. Also, he followed up with us a few days later to be sure the problem had remained resolved, prior to requesting payment for his services. Based on my personal experience, I believe Muhammad is the right person to trust for this job or similar problems involving bugs or pests.

I was disappointed in the state of my lawn, which is quite large, and had gradually worsened into mainly weeds and bald, with a hint of grass. Through Homestars I found Andy. He was quick to respond and was the first to visit my home to observe my needs, take measurements of my lawn, and provide me with a quote on-site to replace all sod. His price was competitive, and he told me he would be able to start the job the same week, completing it within 2-3 days. Andy is a man of his word! He did everything he said he would. There was minimal disruption on-site throughout the project. They were careful to repair any minor damage along the way, as there was an existing sprinkler system that complicated the work due to placement of the pipes. Everything was left clean and complete, all done within 3 days as he said. Most importantly, communication with Andy was seamless and we were in contact as needed from beginning to end, through phone and text and in person. No delays, no waiting, no interruptions, and no misunderstandings. The way an excellent service should be. Thank you Andy for a job well done and a team of dedicated workers :)

John was very quick at getting to our home to fix our jammed lock. Not only did he fix it, but we were able to keep our original keys which is a bonus to not have to locate and replace all old copies. Thanks John!
