We needed our flat roof replaced after only 7 years due a previous substandard application. I checked Homestars listings to help locate a flat roof specialist. I received 4 quotes with Atlas the most competitive but that was not the only reason I chose them. To me Atlas was the most knowledgeable on all roof applications The work was completed as scheduled, with all debris completely removed. I have also waited to submit this review 6 months later. Everything is fine.

I noticed Open Sesame servicing a neighbours garage. I asked them if they could install a new garage door opener at my home. As promised showed up about 1 hour later. Instead of just replacing the door opener as I suggested Steve opened it and looked at it closely determining that an electrical component had burned. I confirmed that it had smoked one day. (he indicated not an unusual problem) He said the door opener was almost new and just replaced the component. I think it is called a capacitor. then meticulously greased every bearing and both springs on the door. Works like new again and saved me at least 250 dollars. Honest, thorough, does not rush. Highly recommend.

I needed our overgrown maple trimmed. CB's quote was very reasonable but that was just the start. They showed up on time, with 4 employees, lots of equipment and trimmed the tree beautifully. The service was prompt because they are so professional and the cleanup spotless. I got great value. Will enjoy racking fewer leaves next year.

Do not give them any payment in advance. This year alone didn't show up for aeration, didn't over seed and top dress as spec'd. Very little sign of any fertilizing. Don't expect your money back. Very polite customer service hides a sinister work ethic. Read the other reviews and RUN as fast a possible.
