Floor drain snake and full camera inspection
Our drain smelled bad all the time. Roy came and did a full camera inspection to the street. He quickly diagnosed the problem and answered all of our questions. He also explained how our drains were mapped in our 60 year old house. He provided an easy solution and cleared the problem with a snake. I would recommend Roy for drain work.
Pierre the sales associate was very informative. Andy and Joe were very responsive and it was easy to communicate with them. The workmanship was very good. Joe was happy to answer all of my questions.

Blinds for Family Room, Dining Room, Home Office, and Bedroom (5 windows total)
We had used Sunset Window Coverings 5 years ago when we had a condo, they had great prices and service back then so we went with them again with our house. This time, we did shop around to a few other places, but Sunset had the best prices for Hunter Douglas blinds. They were installed by Joe and they look fantastic. We are planning to use them again when we renovate our other rooms.
We have a 60 year old, 1.5 storey home. I picked CLI Electric to complete our electrical work from homestars based on previous reviews. Steve and his team were very professional. I often had a list of questions prepared for Steve during the job which he was more than happy to answer. Steve was easy to contact on the phone for follow-up questions. The electrical inspector came twice to our home during the job so I feel confident he does things by the code. We received the ESA certificate promptly after the job was finished. Two outside receptacles had to be replaced and Steve honored his warranty. They made the holes in the house with a circular saw which makes repairing them after the job easier - I understand from other people I've spoken to, that not all electricians will make the holes in this standard way. Also, I thought that Steve only made the holes that were necessary. The price did not include the cost of the hole repairs, but he does have a sub-contractor who did them for us for a reasonable price.
