We purchased both spas from PWH&L last year and love the combination. After 1 year use of this combination we have absolutely no regrets. We comfortably used the swim spa until November and then jumped back in in April. We kept it idling through the coldest months. We used our healthy living spa through the winter months and it performed flawlessly and efficiently. The cost estimates provided for running both were through the 12 month period accurate, so no surprises even though 2017/18 was a particularity cold and long winter. We continue to get great support from PWH&L, all of the staff are always helpful and took the time to explain any questions we have had.

Post delivery update (original review below): They exceeded our expectations and gave us a very pleasant surprise on delivery! We purchased a floor model / demonstrator to take advantage of better pricing as it looked like new, was identical to the current model and came with full warranty. On delivery day the spa arrived however we were surprised to see a brand new spa arrive instead of the floor model. They explained that the prep time to restore the spa to pristine condition was taking longer than our lead time. Rather than delay delivery or send something that was not to their standard they substituted an identical brand new spa in its place at their expense. What a nice surprise, I have nothing but total respect for their integrity and how they treat their customers. Many thanks to Kevin, Chris and the rest of the team. Original post: Although this was our first swim spa purchase we had done a lot of research and had tested out several different makes before we arrived at H&LPW in Kitchener. What drew us here was that we wanted a model that was suitable for full immersion fitness and hydro-therapy. H&LPW carried several models that fit that need. When we arrived Kevin was genuinely interested in ensuring that the models we were considering was the best for our needs explaining the benefits and limitations of each swim spa (their own and competitors alike). He let us test swim in privacy only checking to ensure all questions were answered. After the test he was more interested in listening to our comments about our experience again to ensure he understood what our needs were, absolutely no pressure. We ultimately decided to go forward with the confidence that what we were buying was the best for us and it also turned out to be the best value. The top 3 reasons I would recommend H&LPW are; 1. No pressure sell, they were interested in ensuring that we would be buying something that was the best fit for our needs. 2. Selection and value. They are a large dealer and offer many models and are very reasonable. Ultimately they were the only dealer that supplied deep swim spas for fitness as well as relaxing hydro therapy that are more than waist deep. 3. They had clean change rooms (bring your bathing suit), they were the cleanest of all of the dealers, again showing a high level of consideration for their potential customers.
