First visit- one person- deduced problem, parts were ordered Second visit- two different workers came to do the work. The skilled worker was fine but the attitude of the second helper was very poor. He was negative and complained to the customer about the work! Very unprofessional. Their business is service. It not our fault that our expensive Wolf double oven broke in less than two years.
