This is the second time Ive used Victorious Carpet to stretch my carpets. Mark and his crews are amazing. Mark responds to a request so quickly, and is normally able to schedule the work promptly. Finally, the crew is so pleasant and they do a wonderful job. At the end of it, Mark contacts you to make sure you are satisfied. This is an amazing company - I cannot recommend them enough!

The service from Mark and his team was simply excellent. I sent Mark an email for carpet buckling repairs; he responded the next day, visited the same week, and had the repairs done the week after. The three men who came were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a terrific job. Victorious Flooring will now be the only company I go to when I want to purchase new flooring or flooring repairs. They simply excellent at client experience and workmanship.

David came quickly to give me a quote for repairing a dormer winder at the front of my house. He explained the reason why my existing stucco was retaining water and advised me of the work that would be done to fix it. His crew arrived and you could tell right away they knew what they were doing. They were pleasant to deal with and took pride in their work. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. Dan made a special accommodation to complete parging on my home so my landscaper could alter stairs and interlock at the side of my house. They came on a Sunday and worked non-stop from 9am to 6pm to complete the work. They were so friendly and the quality of work is beautiful. It was a pleasure to have them here and I’m so thrilled with the quality of the work - they are clearly very skilled. I look forward to Dan and his team coming to do the next phase of work to replace some disintegrated stone facing at the front of my house. I’ve been so pleased at the service experience so far - from the point Dan came to visit, to the quote, to the 1st phase of work.

What an exceptional company; right from the time of the online quote through to completion of the work. I requested an online quote and within the week, Robert had been to visit and Dave provided a quote the next day. Then they came to do the work, and what an exceptional job - artistry really. Plus I’ve never met such a friendly crew; they were so kind and patient with all my questions, looked after doing additional things for me, and encouraged me to go outside frequently to review their work.
