Have used the service for 2 years now and everything is as expected. No issues. They call ahead to let us know they are coming and will follow up on re-sprays if needed. Very easy to deal with and great service

Overall, was a great experience. Jerry came to visit and provided a full quote that was easy to understand and resulted in no miscommunication up front on what was to be provided. He also created a matching stain and seeked our approval before beginning work. The installer (Christian) was very professional, courteous and showed the attention to detail when I pointed out things that I wanted completed. He also took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the work and helped with a few items that weren't directly included in the quote. The professionalism and workmanship was much appreciated. While the job took a few days longer than originally anticipated given some delays, Christian worked through the weekend to complete the job and meet our deadline before leaving for vacation. Stairs4u is very easy to work with and provide high quality work at a competitive price. We would definitely recommend them and hope to work with them on any future projects

Jaz at aire works repaired the pressure switch on our furnace. He was professional and thorough reviewing all potential problems before diagnosing the issue. Quick turnaround and great communition solving the problem for the tenant in a timely manner on a cold day. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Booked an appointment for installation on a Sunday. The technician (Sergei) was knowledgeable and provided recommendation for the best equipment and installation results. Made the process very easy. Would recommend to others
