Pleurat was excellent to deal with. He responded very quickly and his quote was competitive. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was respectful and professional during the job. It was a small job, replacing a sink with an existing rough in, but he ran into some challenges because of the way the builder had installed the downpipe. He found a solution and did not change/increase his quote, even though the job took him more time than planned. He also included higher quality stainless fittings (replacing the ones I had provided) , which exceeded my expectations. He stayed until all my questions were answered. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

I was very pleased with the work done by Fred and his team. He gave me a quote on my first phone call to him and his cost was much lower than others I had received. When he came and met with me, he was transparent about costs, options, and the specs and benefits of the equipment I was receiving. He gave me the info I needed to look up the unit efficiency rating on the government website. The installer arrived exactly when agreed and was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. They registered the warranty on my behalf and emailed me all the details afterwards. They followed up a few times to make sure I was happy. These guys really are a model for good customer service.
