He came also on installation day and made sure everything is at a good start. Sam and Ali did a good installation and after a minor gas smell they came back after a few hours and double checked and fixed the leak. Verry happy with Rinnai Tankless and the installation.

I have chosen House Depot because of the price and good reviews, and also there is no sales guy involved: Mark is the one who is doing the quotation and he is also with his crew at the installation. The installation took a bit longer than predicted but at the end everything was done properly and I am sure the furnace will run smoothly for the years to come. House Depot also took care of all the OPA rebates, and in top of 10 years manufacturer’s part warranty I’ve got also a 2 year labor warranty from House Depot. I can confidently recommend them for any HVAC job.
