Spellman Family in Toronto

We have had a terrible experience with this company. Our custom doors came late and in two deliveries - outside the original date we had been given for delivery. The doors are roughly cut and some are warped. Mulitple calls to the manager were not returned. The was an error by Central Fairbanks in the hardware order. The only saving grace in Customer Service was Kevin who has strived to help us with the order. That said, when trying to collect the hardware there was pushback to return the original hardware - ordered in error by the company - for a refund and the new hardware is now missing. Central Fairbanks is investigating...

Costard Renovation was wonderful! Led up by Rodrigo, the job went smoothly and as much as possible to time - our only hold up was doors from Central Fairbanks Lumber. Rodrigo is a creative thinker and provided a lot of value in design along with quality workmanship. His team mate Mike complimented Rodrigo in his hard work and attention to detail. Both were a pleasure to work with - courteous and kind. My family highly recommend Costard Renovation and are happy to provide a reference.

Frank and the rest of the Drainworks East team were phenomenal! Only glowing reviews from us. Very professional and able to accomodate to our time schedule. The work was thorough and well done. Always left the site clean, too. Highly recommended to all.
